Each session includes 30 minutes of teaching followed by 30 minutes of live Q&A,
creating space to integrate the information and apply it to your own body and life.

Rather than rules or rigid plans, we focus on building awareness, clarity & informed choice
so you can move forward with practical & pressure-free next steps that will work in your real life.

This is ongoing, relational work where we stay in continual connection over time,
allowing space for patterns to surface, and make changes in a way that serves you
& your real, everyday life.

Because of the depth and commitment involved, this work is offered in 6 or 12 month packages
and available by application only.

Knowing we are a fit for working together matters, this is explored together beforehand
to ensure this type of work is aligned & appropriate for both you and I.
